Behind every successful team stands a supportive family. David's wife and Chris’ “second wife”, Blair, played an instrumental role in the company's inception, juggling responsibilities at ECU Brody School of Medicine while helping to launch and manage Southern Lights.
In 2021, Blair transitioned full-time to the family business. However, their daughter, Gentry, is the “big boss”.
